The Digital Retoucher
The power of the computer to alter our perceived reality is now legendary. With experience of Photoshop image retouching and compositing going back many years, I am able to do advanced image editing from subtle retouching of blemishes for that perfect look right through to producing composited images that would be too difficult, dangerous or costly to achieve any other way.
Lights! Camera! Make-up...
Having said that, retouching to remove blemishes is all well and good but the best way to get the model(s) looking good is with an excellent make-up artist. Put it this way - it's a lot less work than editing lots of individual images later, and the person being photographed is far more relaxed as they know they look good.
Pride London Fundraiser
With the aim of encouraging the gay community to go to bars and clubs to raise money for the annual Pride London march and rally, an image of attractive guys posing in a club was the intention. Shooting it in a real club would be difficult and potentially hazardous so a composite image was called for. See the step by step illustration.
